A founding Director of Proactive with 20 years experience in the Asbestos industry including the analytical and laboratory side and then moving into the removal and remediation sector. In 2007 he formed Proactive Asbestos Control Limited along with his partner, Terry James.
Daniel has developed the Client database and overseas the day to day operation of the Company. He also holds a BOHS P402 Asbestos Surveyors certification.
Terry has over 20 years experience in the Asbestos Industry. In that time he has carried out many roles including Asbestos Removal, Supervisor and Contracts Manager. 11 years ago, he and his fellow Director, Daniel started Proactive Asbestos Control Limited. He prides himself of maintaining the high standards of work of Customers expect as well as delivering all works completed to our Customers complete satisfaction at a competitive price.
Tom is our Operations Manager and has over 13 years’ experience working within the Asbestos industry along with various industry recognised qualifications.
He has extensive practical experience within the Asbestos surveying and Asbestos consultancy.
Having worked with various clients in all sectors including Retail, Housing Associations, Construction, MOD, Banking, Local Authority, Government and the public sector, Tom is competent at liaising with clients at all levels to provide them with the sound advice and help they may require.
Sue joined Proactive Asbestos Control Limited in June 2012 as Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our administration department. She also manages our Asbestos Waste Station at our site in Northamptonshire. She has developed the framework with regards our ISO 9001 (2015) Quality Management System to ensure that we consistently demonstrate our ability to provide services that meet Customer expectations and the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements as well as managing our Accreditation Compliance with bodies such as CHAS and Constructionline Gold.
Since joining Proactive in May 2019, Lauren has continued to build on her Administration background. She works on our Social Housing Contracts and liaises with our Clients to ensure we meet our Customer Expectations. Lauren has recently been promoted to Administration Manager and effectively manages our Administration team to ensure the smooth running of the Department and assisting our Office Manager.
Mark joined Proactive in 2014 as an Asbestos Operative and become a Supervisor in 2017. When an opening became available for a Contracts Manager, Mark was the ideal candidate and fitted well with Proactive’s Policy of developing our own team members. Mark has a wide range of knowledge from working on all kinds of asbestos remediation projects. Mark also holds his British Occupational Hygiene Society P402 Certificate for Surveying and Sampling.
